Heel or Foot Pain

foot painOur feet act as shock absorbers and are able to adapt to a variety of different surfaces as they are very mobile structures. Heel pain and foot pain can be extremely debilitating as it can affect many aspects of your daily lives such as the sports you do or the shoes you want to wear.

Foot pain can be caused from a reduction in mobility of the 26 articulating bones, unbalanced muscle action, increased muscle contractures, misaligned heel or crooked and restricted toes.

  • Plantar fasciitis
