Principal Osteopath/Clinic Director/Yoga Instructor
Zeinah is a UK trained Osteopath, graduating from Oxford Brooks University in 2007.
Zeinah is very passionate about Osteopathy and believes it is an extremely effective system of healthcare, and that, as Osteopaths, we form an integral part of an Allied Primary Health Care Team. As Primary Care Practitioners, Osteopaths not only focus on pain relief but also on health, wellbeing, disease management and disease prevention. Patients are encouraged to become more autonomous with their health and to have the confidence to choose their form of treatment based on self-education and advice from other Primary Care Practitioners. Patients have an active role in helping themselves to recover from injury and Osteopathy educates patients to prevent recurrences of such injuries and encourages patients to make healthy lifestyle choices.
Zeinah treats a wide range of conditions in all age groups by using a variety of Osteopathic techniques including soft tissue manipulation, adjustments, muscle energy, stretching, articulations and cranial work. She treats the very young (youngest baby treated was 9 hours old) to the elderly.
Having worked for many years as a nurse in a Gynaecological setting, Zeinah has a special interest in Women’s Health, in particular musculoskeletal issues in pregnancy and post-partum.
