Warranty

With our combined warranty structure, you can relax in the knowledge that you will be getting a quality piece of fitness equipment with excellent after sales service.

With all of our machines, if the unfortunate happens and your piece of hired fitness equipment breaks down, we will fix it or replace it free of charge within 24 hours of a logged call.   A Village Health representative will come to your door as soon as you notify us of a problem and either fix the machine then and there or give you a replacement machine until yours is fixed. 

Then if you decide to purchase it, we will cover it for any problems for 12 months from the date of hire. After this, with all our Health Stream machines, you will get a manufacture’s warranty of 15 years for the motor and 2 years for the parts. 

Hire to buy

The choice to purchase a piece of fitness equipment after you have completed your initial hire period is available with all contract terms.  This means that you have up to 9 months on certain machines to decide whether you would like to purchase.  

If you decide to purchase a piece of fitness equipment, the entire amount paid in the initial hire contract is deductible from the full purchase price indicated on your contract. For example if you hired a treadmill from Village Health, worth $995, for 6 months at $99/m, at the end of the 6 months, $594 will be taken off the treadmill’s price.  This then leaves only $401 to pay (in up to 3 equal monthly installments) for you to own your own treadmill.   Note that there is no third party finance involved so paper work is minimal and you don't pay hidden interest.
