The pelvic floor muscles assist in respiration, they support the abdominal contents, prevent prolapsing of the bladder and urethra and aid spinal and postural stability.
The practicing of regular pelvic floor exercises will assist with the following;

• Lower back pain

• Sacroiliac pain and instability

• Hip/groin pain

• Stress or urge urinary incontinence

• Neck and thoracic pain

• Coccyx pain

• Pubic Symphysis Pain

• Pain during intercourse
